At Kempinski we believe that luxury hospitality is about people and their talent for creating warm and memorable encounters. I am delighted that this was your experience. Thank you for your remarks regarding our location. Our location, in the south of the island, is far more exclusive than some of the more populated areas in the North. It is an ideal location for those looking to enjoy quiet beaches and unspoiled nature, away from the crowds. There is plenty to do for those who enjoy spending time outdoors: from hiking and kayaking to leisurely nature walks and snorkelling adventures, there are new discoveries to be made at every turn! I was, however, disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the variety of dining options available at our outlets. We have four restaurants at our hotel, each offering a very different kind of cuisine: from fine-dining at L'Indochine and nightly themed buffets at Café Lazare, to tapas and sushi at Planters Bar and fresh seafood served beachside at Windsong Beach Restaurant. We endeavour to make sure that there is a wide variety of cuisines available to all our guests, and we encourage guests to share their feedback or special requests with our chefs, as sometimes we can create something unique to accommodate their preferences or special dietary requirements.
