De luxe Zimmer gebucht. Nicht bekommen. Zweimal umgezogen weil 1. Zimmer alt, feucht, muffig, voller Mücken. 2. Zimmer Klimaanlage defekt. 3. Zimmer dann so wie im Video auf Facebook beschrieben. Erst nach Rücksprache mit Reiseleitung bekommen. Essen nicht abwechslungsreich. Jeden Abend Thai Buffet. Themenabende gab es nicht. Fliegen und Ameisen auf Marmelade und Obst. Viele Chinesen mit schlechtem Benehmen.

Regarding your room booking, we would like to assure you that we always assign the room as the guest have booked based on also what the guests requesting in advance, however, all requests will be subject on availibility. After our guests checking in, if there were some unplesant incidents, our guests can always contact guest service team 24 hrs. Our service team is more that happy to assist in all requests. An incident of electrical machine or device defective is something we do not want to happen with our guests. However, since electricity around Khaolak is sometimes not stable, so it could be the reason our devices defected. What we do is sending the miantainance team for fixing first, but moving or changing rooms will be proceed in case if it is neccessary and we have available ones. It could be different room with different decoration, but still be the same category as the guests have booked. We apology for any inconvinience happend during the time you were with us. We never want this incident to happen with our guest. It would be our great pleasure if we could have occassion to welcome you or your family in the future.
