Khaolak Laguna Resort

Very good hotel with an excellent quality price ratio. Very good and cheap spa. The personnel is very supportive. The only issue we had was with restaurant staff. We were a group of 8 with different packages (we were all inclusive) and the waiters were mainly focus on how many drinks you have on a table and tells you that is not allowed to share it with the group. This makes us feeling very uncomfortable, especially because we never exaggerate with AI package. Would be better for the hotel not to combine different packages in this case.
