Dear Pelle, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that you found our staff very friendly and the overall hotel good. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your room, including the lack of a fan, missing mosquito screen, defective shower, and the air conditioning problem. Your comments are important to us, and we will address these maintenance concerns to improve our guest experience.
