The hotel was just dirty: pools, rooms, furniture in the room, mattresses - everything was much below normal hygiene standards. The room was very cold and had no heating, so we all caught a cold from sleeping in the freezing cold room. The reception staff was completely ignorant when you approach them with a polite and friendly request to help with the problems and would only react and do something when guest would complain a lot or behave very demanding.

Your comments and marks are being taken seriously under consideration, promoting the amelioration of our services. We regret that we were not able to satisfy some of your needs. Though, even prior to your arrival we tried our best to fulfill your preferences allocating you in a Sea Front Family Room with wooden floor which is one of the best and privileged rooms at our hotel! If, for any reason, the heating of the room was not enough for your preferences, there could be a change in another room instead of letting a simple matter affecting your holidays’ mood and apparently the whole impression for our hotel. We are always acting on good will as our company’s primary intention is to fulfill the wishes and meeting the preferences of our guests. This is the main reason of having repeated guests for many years as well as a high rating of satisfaction of our guests.
