Preis und Leistung stimmen nicht überein. In den unteren Hotelfluren brüten die Schwalben und der Kot verteilt sich über die Gänge.Spinnen und Käfer im Zimmer, da die Türen unten nicht zu sind. Speisesaal hat Kantinenflair und der billigste Wein kostet die Flasche über 22 € und dazu nicht mal Weingläser.Essen eher eintönig und ohne jede Abwechslung, nur wer zeitig kommt hat Chancen.Das hat Haus hat äußerlich einen guten Eindruck gemacht, aber hinter der Fassade max.3*.Mit Sicherheit dahin nicht nocheinmal.

Dear Guest, Good morning from Kresten Palace and the already sunny and warm island of Rhodes. Regarding the above "Hotelbewertung", we would like to give you our opinion too... As we would not like to analyze every word and paragraph written, we shall mention some general points: Firstly, we would like to apologize about anything that might happened during your stay in our hotel and resulted to this not positive impression for us. However, we would like to "highlight" the following: 1. As we are a resort hotel and not a "tower style city hotel", it is always better and appreciated if our guests do give some details about the room's "location" or any other room-wish that they might have, then they could make our room allocation easier. Lots of guests do specify their room wish and they do get a room as they wish, upon arrival. (eg. If they wish a quiet / close to the reception / top floor / with balcony / etc... they should mention something about it, during their initial reservation procedure). 2. Our hotel is almost always fully booked, as we do have lots of guests-friends (and every year there are more...) who visit us every year, firstly to "be among friends-family" and furthermore to see a sincerely happy and smiling face of everyone for us and to taste our high standards of hospitality and services. 3. As we are a resort hotel, surrounded by garden and exotic trees, creating a very nice and ideal for holidays environment, it is natural to have some birds and other "small summertime and harmless insects" in some minor parts of the outside corridors, which do not harm anybody and which we always try to keep "unnoticeable". 4. Although our "inside hotel" prices are quite low and "value for money", of course we do offer top quality wine for less than 22,-€ per bottle (7,80 euros/bottle 0,375 lt) and for sure our dining area with a large choice of high quality meals of any kind and for all tastes, show cooking area and a very nice decoration , does not have a "Kantinenflair"... However, we do not claim that we are perfect and for sure if anybody wants to find something wrong... then it will be found also in 5 star hotels. But we, here in Kresten Palace give every day our best and we always try to improve ourselves, in order to meet our high quality standards and to make our valuable guests happy.
