We are delighted to read that you had an enjoyable stay with us and you found our service up to your standards. We appreciate your comment regarding the food yet we are surprised to read that some food in the buffet were cold. Our Chefs are making sure to provide varied and delicious food every day, our buffet warm dishes are cooked just before the meal timings and are kept warm through the inductions during the whole duration of the meal. Indeed, there are some live stations where the food is freshly cooked right in front of you. We, however, are saddened by the fact that your Tavel Agent did not informed you well of the package inclusions prior to your arrival, excursions offered is always with a supplement as it requires fuel and a boat to go to a nearby island, nevertheless, an option to go snorkeling in our house reef is always complimentary. Your suggestions regarding the excursions are always welcome for us to improve our offerings in the future. Thank you once again for your review.
