We would like to highlight that we have been doing minimal renovations to keep the villas in excellent condition and we are saddened to know that our villa is not up to your standards. Our team does their best to solve any challenges they are facing and we would have appreciated it if you could have raised this concern during your stay for us to resolve the matter, such as moving you to another villa, checking with our housekeeping team about the bathroom’s cleanliness or with our engineering team for the maintenance issues. However, we will take note of your comments as it helps us to further improve our services.
