Aus DeutschlandSehr schön und komplett renoviert. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da unsere Rückflüge mit Qatar komplett storniert wurden, mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt verlängern, was überhaupt kein Problem war. War haben die Zeit trotz des Flugstresses genossen.

Die Betten waren sehr groß und von der Härte genau richtig - nicht zu weich oder zu hart. Alles war sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Es gab auch ein deutsches Programm (ZDF) im TV in guter Bildqualität, was in Thailand selten ist. Die Klimaanlage war gut und lief recht leise.

Das Personal war extrem hilfsbereit. Da unsere Rückflüge gecancelt wurden, half man uns bei der Verlängerung des Aufenthalts immer wieder. Auch wurde unserem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer entsprochen. Besser geht es nicht.
