Hi Thomas, We are delighted to know that you had an overall enjoyable and lovely vacation with us. At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain aspects did not fully meet your expectations, for this I would like to extend my apologies. Regarding the buffet, I regret to learn you did not like selection and varieties proposed. However, we do have three restaurants which offer different specialties and in addition to that our Chefs are always available and more than happy to suggest tailor-made dishes as per our guest’s preferences. It’s unfortunate you did not mention this point while being with us. Nevertheless, your feedback is highly valuable to us as it helps us continuously improve our daily standards. We always place our guests’ comments as our top priority. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more enjoyable stay in the future.
