Dear Sirs, Thank you for your comments. It is rather unusual for a couple to write 2 different reviews especially when both of them (Nico and Franziska.) have the same opinion. It is obvious that you wanted to diminish the rate of the hotel. That shows that you are angry with us. Of course you have run into some oversight of the personnel, matter that we have correct immediately. On the other side we have completely forgotten the fact when you have entered in the hotel in the at 2:00am completely drunk and you were demanding to sleep at the couches of the lobby. In your country any night portiere would have informed the police and you would have spent the night at holding for disturbance of civil peace. We hope to have better vacation whenever you decide to come again in Greece. The manager.
