Wir waren 2 Wochen im Mai vor Ort. Das Hotel an sich ist toll, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, leider gibt es sowas wie Service hier nicht. Der Kids Club ist in seiner Betreuung eher lieblos gewesen, es wurde nur gemalt oder mal Ball gespielt. Jegliche Form von Bedienung gibt es hier nicht, weder in den Bars noch in den Restaurants. Alles Selbstbedienung, was sicher ok ist, allerdings erwarte ich das in der Sterne und preiskategorie anders. Das Bad im Zimmer ist sehr klein und dieses fürchterliche Türen Geknalle am Abend inkl der Einflugschneise des Flughafens macht es nicht besser. Wir können es empfehlen, würden selbst aber nicht nochmal wiederkommen.
