Vorab sei erwähnt, dass es sich um ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel handelt und wir einen erholsamen Aufenthalt genossen haben. Die Strandlage ist traumhaft und die Poolvielfalt einmalig! Das Essen in allen gebotenen Restaurants war top und abwechslungsreich. Bis hier hin wären 5 Sterne gerechtfertigt. Allerdings ist anzumerken, dass der Service keinem 5 Sterne-Niveau entspricht. Vom Check-in mit langen Wartezeiten, dem Versuch ein minderwertiges Zimmer anzudrehen, jedoch dann anschließendem Zimmerwechsel und immer wieder die Notwendigkeit zum Selfservice, um z.B. an Getränke zu kommen. Zu guter Letzt wurde uns 3 Tage vor Abreise der verlängerte Zimmeraufenthalt gegen Zahlung zugesagt, dann aber überraschend verweigert. So haben wir dann 6 Stunden vor dem Transfer in der Lobby verbracht.
Schön eingerichtete Zimmer, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kapselkaffeemaschine.
Aller Restaurants bieten gutes, abwechslungsreiches Essen. Im Hauptrestaurant erinnert die Atmosphäre jedoch eher an eine Schulkantine.

Die Lage ist ruhig am Strand gelegen. Etwa 800 Meter entfernt, gibt es ei e Autovermietung und einen Supermarkt. Tavernen oder Clubs sind fußläufig nicht erreichbar.

In order for a guest, to do a late check out, they need to do a request to our reception and only 1 day before departure they receive the information, if their room is available. In case that there is no availability for such a service, we have shower and changing rooms available, so all guests can enjoy their last day of vacation and get ready for their trip.
