Aus DeutschlandWir waren zum 5 . Mal im Hotel (vorher Tui Blue - nun Melia). Es hat uns wieder gut gefallen im Swim up Zimmer gefallen und der Zimmer Wunsch wurde berücksichtigt. Das Essen im neue Restaurant BBQ war lecker. Bisher gab es immer zur Begrüßung und Geburtstag einen Gruß vom Hotel unter TUI, diesmal mussten wir zum Geburtstag trotz vorheriger Mitteilung unsererseits mehrfach fragen, es wäre nur für VIP Gäste unter Melia. Das fanden wir schade. Danke an die freundlichen Mitarbeiter in den Bars! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Under Melia’s concept, certain complimentary amenities are reserved for The Level (VIP) guests, but we fully understand your disappointment after previous experiences.
