Dear Guests, Thank you for the time spent to write and post your comments. We were happy to read that you had a pleasant stay with us and that the Infinity Pool charmed you so much. Despite your positive experience, we noted that the hotel' extent didn't meet your expectations and the performance of our staff members let you down. As far as the extent is concerned, most of our guests find it very sufficient, highlighting its luxurious and elegant features, as well as its cozy atmosphere. In reference to your second point, we are truly sorry if we made you feel uncomfortable or inconvenient during your stay.
