Kann mich nur anschließen den Bewertern vorher, zuwenig Platz im Speisesaal, zuwenig Personal, warten bis man einen Platz bekommt teilweise 15 Minuten, an der Abend Bar dasselbe. Bei Ankunft keine Einweisung wie, wo, was 😟 Die Jungs an der Bar sehr freundlich, Zimmer okay mit Shared Pool sowieso
Es gab reichlich allerdings vom Gewürz her könnte alles etwas kräftiger abgeschmeckt sein

Ab vom Schuss aber sehr schöne Aussicht aber das wussten wir

Dear Heinz, Thank you very much for your review and i am very sorry we did not manage to have you happy. I want to assure you that we all try very hard to keep our guest happy and we are not overwhelmed as a lot on here say......we are very much passionate with our job and our only target is our guest's satisfaction. The fact that we are all in the dining room working fast does not mean we are overwhelmed but simply when a great majority of our guests decide to eat at the same time we are there to make sure they do so the sooner possible. I am glad to know that you appreciate the friendliness and the effort of our staff allthough i feel your rating and the non recomendation does not help us.
