Dear Guest, Thank you very much for spending your holidays with us and for your time to rate us allthough i feel the teams efforts deserve a higher than 2/6. As far as it concerns the ques and you having to wait long to be served at the bar and restaurant, i am glad to inform you that this has dropped to maximum 5 minutes for the restaurant and 8 minutes on te bar. If during your stay the waiting time was such a big issue for you maybe you could try to choose different hours to dine as out of the 2,5-3 hours of operation there is a sight of que only for around 30 minutes maximum. As far as it concerns food, we rarely hear bad comments and if there were special dishes you would like to have you could have only asked. We often hear that there are no Greek specialities and i really wonder what are the specialities we cook, of course they are Greek and we will make sure they get labeled by a Greek Flag so our guests know it. I am very sorry to see that you have spent a holiday with us which you didn't enjoy and we knew nothing about it till we read your review on here. Unfortunately now - after the end of your holidays there is not much we can do. I realy hope we will be given another chance as i am sure we can offer you the holidays you have imagined.
