However, please let us point out that our hotel has been multiple-times awarded for its premium service, excellent facilities and the overall experience offered to each and every one of our guests. During the last few years, our resort has been totally transformed to create higher volume accommodation with private or sharing pools, more thematic restaurants, more common areas and upscale guest facilities and services. The pool areas, beach, common areas, F&B outlets and all our rooms have been recently completely renovated revealing an entirely new hotel to Rinela’s guests. We apologize if certain areas did not meet your expectations, however, please let us kindly mention that the facilities which are subject to renovation are harmoniously incorporated in the surrounding environment offering our guests the enhanced experience we strive to provide across all the departments of our resort. We are passionate about offering our little guests a wide range of daytime activities and evening entertainment, and our Kid’s Club professionals our always happy to entertain them daily with paintings, handmade crafts and other activities. Regarding table reservations, we understand that guests would like to book multiple times at the à la carte restaurants. However, we have implemented specific rules and limitations on our table reservation system, aiming to satisfy each and every one of our guests and giving all of them the opportunity to try our à la carte restaurants. Please kindly note that this service is provided upon availability, which is stated on our official website, as well. While our team makes every effort to fulfill additional requests for dining at our à la carte restaurants, upon availability, it is important that any additional request should be balanced with existing reservations to ensure a calm atmosphere and excellent service during your meal. We appreciate your feedback regarding your room and regret any inconvenience due to the available space. Providing comfortable accommodation for all our guests is our utmost priority. We have designed a variety of room types in order to cater to each guests’ needs.
