Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit vielen liebevollen Details. Modern und ansprechend ausgestattet. Personal und Service sehr freundlich. Essen und Strand sind leider Schwachstellen. Hier gibt es noch Optimierungspotenzial.

Das Essen war leider eine Schwachstelle. Der große Saal ist abends schlecht belichtet, dadurch hat der Raum leider eine kantinenartige Atmosphäre.
Grundsätzlich sehr freundlich, manchmal jedoch etwas langsam.
Kurzer Weg vom Flughafen. Etwas in der Flugschneise gelegen.

Additionally, we would like to kindly mention that for season 2023 Mitsis Rinela has been totally transformed to create higher volume accommodation with private or sharing pools, more common areas and all our rooms have been completely renovated. But process of major renovation is still ongoing in some outlets as the Main Restaurant, Lobby area and etc. All your comments are taken into great consideration, as every year our team works hard in order to develop and improve the facilities and services of the hotel, so we could provide only comfortable stay for our guests.
