Im Großen und Ganzen ok. Weite Wege egal wohin man gehen möchte. Nicht genügend Liegen am Pool vorhanden, obwohl genügend Platz da wäre.
Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen einer Renovierung. Die Zimmerreinigung und Minibarauffüllung jedoch täglich und einwandfrei.
Die Essensauswahl nicht allzu groß aber man findet immer etwas. Trotz vielen Wiederholungen hat es uns trotzdem sehr gut geschmeckt. TexMex Restaurant hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und die Speisen waren lecker und nett eingerichtet. Der Essensstände am Strand und Pool waren auch gut, jedoch mit Wartezeit verbunden.
Man merkt überall dass es an Personal mangelt. Teilweise sehr lange Schlangen bzw. Wartezeiten. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind aber sehr nett und freundlich.
Hotel liegt ziemlich außerhalb. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt gleich neben dran, ansonsten nur die anderen Mitsis Hotels.

Regarding the availability of loungers, we would like to highlight that there are over 1,500 sunbeds across the entire resort, including both pools and the beach, to ensure comfort and accessibility for all our guests. As for waiting times, please note that during peak hours as is the case worldwide some delays and queues can occur. Nevertheless, we are continuously working to optimize our operations and staffing levels to minimize any inconvenience.
