Wer Party am Pool haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wer sich im Urlaub erholen will eher nicht. Meines Erachtens keine 5 Sterne.
Große geräumige Zimmer. (Big and good equiped rooms). Auch sauber (clean rooms)
Der Koch hat es geschafft das Rindfleisch jeden Tag tot zu kochen. Das Sevicepersonal im Hauptrestaurant war aber sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend
Jeden Tag war etwas Anderes kaputt. Waschbecken tropft, Zimmerkarte kaputt, Klimaanlage defekt... Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Reparatur dauerte meistens sehr lange. (Each day another issue)
Zum Erholen eigentlich die richtige Umgebung, aber....

We would like to thank you for your positive comments regarding our rooms, conform, service and staff. We highly appreciate. We feel sorry the repair took longer than usual, but having locked the door on your end and not opening when knocking, made it more challenging to our team to resolve the issue immediately. It comes as a shock to read you did not find the pool as calm and quiet as desired. We have never had a similar comment before and we do strongly believe that the pool is ambience is very relaxing. Our play list is consisted by soft music, played respectively low in order to enjoy the sounds of the waves by the pool, as well.
