We have forwarded your correspondence to the relevant departments. However, we are surprised to read your short feedback totally without any ground. We have recently renovated the rooms. I rather think you were in the wrong place with wrong expectations. But I am sure, if you check the price you paid and compare this with the quality, you can even not go to a restaurant in Germany. To break down a resort on social media like this is very sad especially knowing we have a very professional team on the spot who will solve your issues immediately and make your stay nice and good. We do hope next time you are less selfish by posting such empty posts with non funded comments and look at the wider picture. Every day many people work hard in the resorts to optimise your holidays.
