Wie schon von den letzten 2 Bewertungen herauszulesen ist, hatten auch wir sehr große Magenprobleme und jeden Tag Durchfall. Wir waren von 22.1 - 31.1 im Neptune Paradise. Das die Zimmer nicht so toll sind, und nicht alles tip top sein würde, war uns von vorher herein klar. Das ist uns aber auch nicht wichtig. Das mit den Liegen und Handtüchern war natürlich eine Katastophe. An manchen Tagen waren um 9 Uhr morgens schon keine Liegen mehr vorhanden!!!!! Und wir haben beobachtet das einige Leute Abends die Handtücher auf die liegen gelegt haben, und am nächsten morgen erst um 10 - 11 Uhr an die liegen kammen. Währenddessen mussten andere Gäste auf dem Boden liegen!!!! Handtücher waren auch schon bis 10 Uhr morgens weg. Danach hat man 1 Handtuch für 2 leute bekommen, und sollte später wieder kommen. Das Hotel tut hier rein gar nichts dagegen. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Und wir haben auch von anderen Gästen mit Magen und Durchfall Problemen gehört. Ich will betonnen, das 80% vom Personal wahnsinnig freundlich und stets bemüht waren. Der Strand / Meer wunderschön. Beachboys natürlich sehr aufdringlich, aber ich verstehe das... Hier liegt ganz deutlich beim Hotel Management das Problem!! Wie wärs wenn ihr eure Mitarbeiter Schulungen durchführen lässt, selber Present vor Ort seit, und die Liegenbelagerer in die Schranken weist? Schade auch unser letztr Besuch hier.

We have forwarded your correspondence to the relevant departments. We will look into the towel issue immediately. About the stommach issue from a few other guests, important: we do not have control over their personal hygiene and it is also in Africa important to wash hands after use of the bathroom, it is mentioned not to drink water from the tap and we provide safe drinking water, the issue was discussed with their tourleader and it looks like they just look for a refund of their holidays. Besides, after investigation, you were part of the group that was drunk from morning till evening and was misbehaving during your stay declaring your stommach problems but for sure something you do not write on your social media comment. You and the group enjoyed the full holidays and never wanted to leave for another hotel. So, it was not bad at all I guess. Kindly be informed that wrong statements on this issue with the goal to recover the money of the holiday have led in the UK to prisoning by false asults. We will look into a legal action meanwhile as we do have all the guests details and is very unfair to the hotel and the hotel team. Yours faithfully, The Neptune Team
