However, we cannot really find your name or prove of your stay at our resort. On top, Neptune Pwani Beach Resort is daily kept in shape and rooms are continuously updated. Also strange you give a bad quote on sports activities. We do have a great watersports center with a very large offer of all kinds of sports and activities. We have forwarded your correspondence to the relevant departments. We do hope you use this medium next time for constructive postive feedback as you might know that daily a great team at the resort is there to help you having a nice holiday. There are 6 restaurants, a very big spa, 2 sweet water swimmingpools, a coconut bar and 450 meter private white sand beach full with shadowgiving waiving palm trees. Yours faithfully, The Neptune Team
