We are grateful for their interest and for their sharing suggestions for improvement with us. Many thanks for letting us know your thoughts and concerns. However, some comments are very strange and my opinion, not correct: Location: the resort is located at one of the nicest beaches in the world. Of course, when you collect information on the destination before coming to Zanzibar, you will know in advance that it is not like in your home country. For sure you are not trapped in the resort. We do offer an excursion list at our front desk. Sports and entertainment: it looks like you did not use our facilities as we have a real watersports and diving centre. We have forwarded your correspondence to the relevant departments. Unfortunately we could not fullfill your expectations but do hope to welcome you again with a positive mind another time.
