We are grateful for their interest and for their sharing suggestions for improvement with us. Many thanks for letting us know your experiences. We have forwarded your correspondence to the relevant departments. However, there are certain comments you bring forward that are just not fair. The rooms are nice 5* rooms with a swahili decoration and large balcony and Indian Ocean Views. The staff is well trained to give excellent service and is even learning German to make your stay more comfortable in Zanzibar. Music is not playing the whole day (?) and for sure not on the beach. We have 450 meter private hotel white sand beach and there is plenty of space and places you can stay in full tranquility. 5 Restaurants are without extra cost and only the speciality restaurant on the beach is at moderate supplement for guests who love to taste lobster or schrimps. The resort only has 154 rooms and a huge tropical garden, only 20% of the total grounds is the hotel. The public beach is one of the nicest in the world and sorry for some seagrass, as is natural and I hope you understand that a 4 km beach cannot be cleaned daily. During low tide it is a unique experience to make beautiful walks up to the reef. You almost walk over the blue water, discover fishes, shelves and unique sandbanks. During low tide you can swim in one of our 2 sweet water pools, the largest in Zanzibar. We are sorry that we could not reach your expectations and hope that next time you inform the hotel management on the spot so they get a fair chance to make your stay pleasant as this looks like you prefer to damage the resort. Anonymous online bad feedback is never constructive especially when you have such a professional team at the resort to help you any time. Yours faithfully, Michel
