Jeden Abend Lärm durch Betrunkene laermende englische Urlauber , keifende und teilweise betrunkenee Engl Gaeste durch all inklusive Angebot in der Anlage . Nichts wird überwacht . Beschwerden nicht angenommen , weil niemand deutsch sprechen will oder verstehen will . Gästebedienung zu den Mahlzeiten freundlich .Zimmerservice ist in Ordnung . Extremer abendlichen Lärm sehr störend und deshalb das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen . Erster Eindruck ist ein Trugschluss .
Zimmer war in Ordnung . alles vorhanden was man braucht
Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten sehr reichhaltig .Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
Beschwerden wurden nicht oder nur halbherzig angenommen , da keiner der deutschen Sprache mächtig war/ist .
Zwischen Autobahn und Landstrasse , aber kein stoerender Strassenlärm

Dear Hans - Werner, Thank you for choosing Olympic Lagoon Resort Agia Napa for your recent holiday. We are happy that you enjoyed your room, our amenities and food choices. We apologize that we were not able to address your concerns in German. We understand your issues raised regarding large groups, we continuously try to control the behavior in line and in collaboration with the tour operator, there are occasions where groups do step out of line. Unfortunately there are no screening methods to use and although not the model we wish to portray , it is indeed hard to control fully and are sorry that you were witness to any unsightly behavior from fellow guests. Furthermore, as a company we have made huge investments in two new banqueting venues away from the main hotel and humongous efforts by the hotel are made to try to separate and allocate large groups away from families, which I am sure you can understand is an enormous task and will continue in the future. Our aim is to provide our guests with our utmost in high quality services. It was an honour to have you as our guests and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and reinstall your trust in the Olympic Lagoon Resort.
