Thank you for your comments.We do our very best ,at Omar khayam Resort & Aqua Park to meet and exceed all our guest's expectations and we are disappointed that we didnt satisfy your's on this occasion. However, your feedback is very important to us as it gives us a chance to make improvements where and if necessary. All rooms are cleaned daily unless you leave a do not disturb on your room door handle. I have not been informed of any of your issues claimed and can not find a report to our 24hr reception.
