Dear Tatjana, Your statement has been taken into account by us. First of all, I have to say that our hotel is disinfected and sprayed by a spraying company every 15 days. Although it is rare to see cockroaches after spraying, they are not welcomed by our guests. Our hotel is cleaned with a routine cockroach fight. As you would appreciate, I would like to inform you that these transactions, which are carried out in all accommodation facilities, are also carried out in our hotel. Our hotel floor cleaning team cleans all rooms every day at specified times, towels are changed daily and bed linens are changed every two days. Our pools are inspected three times a day, chlorinated and a record is kept for this. The opinions of each of our guests are extremely important and valuable to us, so if there is anything we cannot see, we see them thanks to your notifications and correct them immediately. We never want to upset you because the peace and happiness of our guests is important to us. We work hard with all our staff and strive to please our guests. We apologize if we have upset you.
