Dear Nadir, We are sorry to hear that not been happy with the given service during your stay with us. I would like to clearly mark that we provide 100 Mbps only for guest use and 40 Mbps for local network use with Fiber cabling. However some devices which are not updated regularly would have errors due to on mobile system. All our guests are happy to use unlimited WiFi connections. We had no complaint until today from our open buffet breakfast and dinner, Bed & Breakfast and Half board basis meal plan accommodations should aware that out of meal times food & beverages are subject to charge. However All Inclusive meal plan accommodations all food & beverages consumption are unlimited both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Regarding the pasta yes provide plain but in the buffet (next to the containers) you would able to see three sauces alternatively to top of your plate. Kettles are up on request and guest can order a kettle after C/in to reception which clearly marked on our website. If you care about the positive or negative thoughts, suggestions and requests of all our guests, and if we have made a mistake or if there is any issue that we have missed, we do not forego the issues that our valued guests have expressed at first hand and we correct our mistakes.
