Das Hotel ist nach einer kompletten Sanierung (kommt einem Neubau gleich) drei Tage vor unserem Urlaubsantritt eröffnet worden. Deshalb schwirrten noch einige Handwerker herum und noch nicht alle Bereiche waren fertig (beispielsweise Fahrradraum, Hallenbad usw.). Die normalen Doppelzimmer sind nicht grösser geworden, d.h. nach wie vor sehr eng. Es ist schwierig, zwei Koffer abzulegen. Es fehlt zudem ein Kleiderschrank. Die Küche ist hervorragend, sowohl das Morgenessen wie auch die Menus am Abend.
