Also Pelekas Aquis Beach 5 Sterne. Ich glaube es ist ein 3 Sterne Hotel, wenn überhaupt. Gestank von der Kanalisation überall, Sanitäreinrichtung in unserem Zimmer moserabel. Das Essen war vielfälltig, aber immer kalt bzw. lauwarm. Im Resaturant laufen Hunde und Katzen. Wir waren enttäuscht.

Of course we would like to inform you that we have already requested an official feedback by the hotel management in order to evaluate on a better basis all of your comments. With regards to your feedback over the hotel rating, we would like to advise you that Aquis Pelekas Beach is an official 5* beach resort hotel as certified by the Greek Tourism Ministry. We certainly understand that all guests are comparing their stay with us based on previous experiences on a global basis, but we would like to advise you to always take into consideration the different rating/price/destination ratio. We are constantly trying to keep a high level of quality standards and always highly appreciate our guests’ feedback as it gives us the opportunity to improve our services prior the upcoming season. We are really surprised over your comments with regards to the appearance of cats and dogs, as non of our properties accept pets and we have especially requested our hotel management report on this issue as well. With regards to your comments over the sewage and the food experience, we would like to advise you that we are expecting a full report by the hotel management as we haven’t received any similar complaints the previous season. We would like to express our deepest apologies for your stay being less than satisfactory and we really hope that we will have the chance to welcome you once again in one of our resorts.
