We always take great pride of our services but at the same time we keep our ears open and evaluate all comments in order to process them and of course improve every detail of our services and facilities. With regards to the hotel rating, we would like to inform you that Aquis Pelekas Beach is an official 5* beach resort hotel, certified by the Greek Tourism Ministry. Of course we understand that the majority of our guests are international travelers, having visited several destinations and of course this results to a different approach with regards to the rating/price/destination ratio. Furthermore, one of our most important priorities is quality controlling, as we always inform our partners and our website according to our exact services and facilities, just to make sure that our guests are well informed and in depth. Aquis Pelekas Beach is certainly on a magnificent beach front location, however it is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties/ wheelchair users due to location and morphology. Regarding your comments and rating of our Food & Beverage Services, please note that we have already informed our management team and we are collaborating on upgrading and improving the referred services for the upcoming season. Last but not least, we would like to inform you that we always advise all of our guests to contact us directly prior their booking as we are in the position to discuss and advise you over our destinations and properties on a more personalized basis and always according to each individual preference.
