Of course our primary aim and objective is for our guests to depart from the Aquis Pelekas Beach Hotel satisfied and relaxed from an enjoyable and fulfilling holiday. We accept that this cannot always be the case but we are very keen to know which ‘pieces’ of our facilities and services package do not please and fail to live up to our guests expectations. Regarding the room issues mentioned in your review, please be informed that every year we develop an improvement plan trying to deal with the areas that need updating.
