Aus der SchweizEin heruntergekommenes Hotel das deutlich bessere Jahrzehnte gesehen hat. Faules und unfreundliches Personal, eine Bar die jeder Beschreibung spottet (und ein Barmen der keine Karte für Drinks hat aber etwas improvisieren kann das ähnlich schmeckt!!). Das Frühstück findet unterirdisch in einem ungemütlichen Keller statt und die im Internet angepriesenen Parkplätze gibt es nicht, sondern eine Karte in der man unbeschränkt irgendwo im Quartier auf der blauen Zone parkieren kann, wenn man dann einen freien Platz findet.

We care a lot about the satisfaction of our guests and we are very sorry to hear that your experience was not as positive as we would have liked. Ours is a historic structure and the rooms and furnishings bear witness to a part of the history of our city: we are very sorry that it was not to your liking, just as you did not appreciate the breakfast room which is usually appreciated for its large spaces and its vaulted ceilings. Regarding the bar, we certainly have a menu with our proposals but we prefer to personalize the service by offering our guests tailor-made cocktails according to their preferences. As for parking, we have limited spaces in our parking, lot that we recommend reserving in advance to avoid having to look for parking in public areas. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience suffered and if we have not lived up to your expectations.
