Dear Renate, Thank you for sharing your experience at Holiday Inn Resort Phi Phi Island. It is with regret to learn that you found our room was not up to your expectation. Therefore, your comment has been passed on to the Project to take appropriate action. In regard to the service in some area, I have shared your comments with the relevant managers and that actions will be taken to minimize re-occurrence. In regard to your comments about the food, our Executive Chef is currently working on improving our menu offer and service.
