Having read carefully your review, please allow me to correct some information: During your stay our hotel was and still full accomodating several kind of nationalities. Our beach and general hotel discription is already clear for all our guests through the travel agencies who reserve for you. Team is currently reviewing those topics for further improvement. Kindly rest assured that variety of food remains our top priority and we save no efforts in order to please everyone. We remeber exactly Mr. Thomas that you said during our conversation that you are sick cant eat in the restaurant and we prapaired for you with cooperation with the chief and the food & Beverage Managers to arrange for you your special meals according for your choice in italian restaurant. • During the time of your stay, both our main and family pools were fully heated. • The nationality of our animation team is a mix of Russian, Polish & Egyptian nationalities.
