Guest feedback is important to the hotel as it allows us to further understand where we are performing to an excellent standard and areas we can look to further improve. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. We are sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with the pool sharp edges. Please note that the hotel is well renovated and we have preventative maintenance system in place followed and supervised by our trained staff to make sure that the hotel facilities are looking fresh and up to date. Please note that our hotel is certified and monitored by Cristal International Co a specialized company from the United Kingdom, for our Food, Hygiene and Safety activities. Checks and controls are implemented and carried out. We follow and maintain the guidelines and controls required to meet Cristal's standard. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. All of these comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
