Große Hotelanlage, bestehend aus drei Hotels, direkt an Meer gelegen. Kurze Transferzeit von Flughafen. Die Botanik der Anlage gleicht stellenweise einer Wüste, die leider nur spärlich durch einzelne floristische Akzente farblich unterbrochen wird. Vieles in der Anlage wirkt abgenutzt und abgewohnt. Softgetränke standen im Zimmer nicht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. WLAN war nur in der Lobby kostenfrei verfügbar, dafür aber ganz brauchbar. Deutsches Fernsehen war trotz 4 Programmen auf dem Zimmer nicht möglich, da diese stets abstürzten. Trotz Beschwerden beim Reiseleiter und der Gästebetreuung gab es keinen beheizten Pool in der Anlage. So hatte der wärmste Pool in unserer Reisezeit max. 22 Grad. Trotzdem gab es auch positive Momente. Die Zimmer waren groß, die Beschäftigten wirklich alle ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, leider nicht immer in bester Qualität. Viele Urlauber aus Westeuropa. Das nächste Mal doch lieber wieder in ein Pickalbstros Hotel.
Groß, alles nötige vorhanden. Schlechter Fernsehempfang der deutschen Programme. Die stürzten alle paar Minuten ab.
Essen okay, immer in ausreichender Menge.
Ausnahmlos freundliche Mitarbeiter im gesamten Servicebereich.
Umgebung ist nicht sehr viel los. Eher gemütlich am Strand relaxen.

Regarding your comments about the German TV channels, kindly be informed that the Astra satellite is not covering our area, therefore the German channels are broadcasted via Internet and the signal sometimes is interrupted. Kindly be informed that the main pool is heated from 15th November till 1st April. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay.
