Zum Schnorcheln und Entspannen ist das Hotel bestens geeignet. Leider entspricht der Zustand des Hotels nicht ganz den vergebenen Sternen (Der Pool bzw. Lagunenbereich müsste unbedingt renoviert werden). Die Anlage ist dafür sehr sauber. Das Personal war stets bemüht und äußerst freundlich aber leider oftmals überfordert. Besonders im Restaurant musste man sehr lange auf die Getränke warten.
Große Zimmer mit schönem Bad und großer ebenerdiger Dusche.
Absolut einfallsloses Essen. Die Gerichte wechselten sich so gut wie gar nicht ab. Einzig zu empfehlen ist die Pasta-Station. Das Restaurant ist viel zu klein und dunkel. Man steht in langen Schlangen am Buffet an und muss sich anschließend zurück an seinen Platz kämpfen. Das eh schon triste Essen ist dann auch noch kalt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht aber leider zu wenig. An den Bars (Lobby, Pool und Strand) bekam man seine Getränke relativ zügig, allerdings musste man im Restaurant unendlich lange warten, sodass wir oft schon bei der Nachspeise saßen, bis die gewünschten Getränke den Weg zu uns fanden. Ansonsten waren alle aufmerksam und freundlich.
Nach 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit ist man bereits im Hotel, trotzdem hat man keinen Fluglärm. Zu Fuß kann man in den Hafen laufen und dort shoppen oder sich in eine Bar setzen.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
