Eine riesen Enttäuschung, das Hotel ist absolut NICHT GEEIGNET für Kinder! - schlechte Hygienestandards: die Kinder hatten die ganze Woche Magen-Darm Probleme - durchgängig Dauerbeschallung mit Musik auf Ballermann-Niveau - wenig Unterhaltung für Kinder, da Kinderbetreuung fast die ganze Woche geschlossen war (Mitarbeiter krank) - somit auch kein Zugang zum Spielplatz - Strand schön und ruhig, keine Musik - Mitarbeiter dort waren sehr freundlich Fazit: Der am wenigsten erholsame Urlaub unseres Lebens. Für Partygänger, die nicht viel Wert auf gutes Essen legen, gut geeignet.
Zimmer waren schon etwas älter, wurden aber immer sehr sauber gehalten. Reinigungspersonal freundlich und zuverlässig.
Jeden Tag mehr oder weniger dasselbe Essen - Massenabfertigung. Hygiene katastrophal: - Becher am Strand wurden nur kurz mit Wasser ausgespült und rochen teilweise noch nach Alkohol (Becher für die Kinder!) - beide Kinder bekamen nach dem 1. Tag Durchfall - Fisch und Fleisch war oft nicht durchgebraten Frühstück war gut, Atmosphäre entspannt da noch keine Musik und freundliches Personal. Zum Mittagessen wurde die Musik aufgedreht, auf freundliche Nachfrage auch nicht leiser gemacht. Sind dann dazu übergegangen, das Essen mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen um in Ruhe zu essen. Zum Abendessen gab es noch lautere (Live-)Musik, man musste sich über den Tisch hinweg anbrüllen um sich zu verstehen. Die Kinder (1&4J.) waren überfordert und haben jeden Abend geweint und geschrien, da viel zu viel Lärm, viele Menschen und keine Ruhe beim Essen. Ab 17:00 hatten unsere Kinder Hunger, bekamen allerdings meist weder im Restaurant noch am Strand etwas, da die Bars am Strand bereits zumachten und das Restaurant erst ab 18:30 öffnete. Mit weinenden Kindern wurde uns nach mehrfacher Bitte wenigstens 2mal Brot und Butter mitgegeben.
Service im Restaurant war sehr schlecht, wir mussten häufig mehrfach (bis zu 3x!) bestellen, um etwas zu trinken zu bekommen. Trotz täglichen Trinkgeldes. Einzig und allein die Mitarbeiter am Strand waren ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Kinderclub war an 5 von 7 Tagen geschlossen, da Mitarbeiter krank waren - sehr enttäuschend! Kinderdisco um 21.00 Uhr - welches Kind ist um diese Zeit noch wach? Freizeitangebote für Erwachsene gab es gegen Aufpreis viele (z.B. Massage, Spa, Quadtouren). Spaanlage war sehr schön, Massagen gut, Pools waren sauber.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Kindly be informed that the All inclusive system is the self service system. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. Kindly note that the cups at the beach are washed in the washing machine every time after use. Kindly be informed that there are quiet areas around the Lagoon and at the beach where the guests can take a nap and relax. Please note that the restaurant is open for breakfast from 06:20 till 10:00. Late breakfast is open from 10:30 till 11:30. Lunch is operated from 12:30 till 15:00. The snack bars at the beach and at the pool is open from 12:00 till 16:00 pm. The dinner is operated from 18:00 pm till 21:30. There is only 2 hours without the food.
