War zum 3. Mal dieses Jahr da. Super schöne und große Anlage, teilweise etwas heruntergekommen aber man bemüht sich, es zu pflegen. Die Angestellten zu jeder Uhrzeit total freundlich, das Animationsteam wie immer top. Essen war leider diesmal nicht so gut, die Auswahl war schon mal besser. Man hat zwar immer was gefunden aber es war nicht der Knaller.
Ich war wiedermal in einem Zimmer mit Meerblick. tolle Zimmer, schön sauber und werden jeden Tag gut gereinigt.
Die Auswahl hat sich leider deutlich verschlechtert. Man findet zwar immer etwas (Nudel-/Pizza-/Salat-Station) aber es war nicht so, dass man sich dort den Bauch vollschlagen wollte, weil es so tolles Essen war. Man muss zwar den Preis im Hinterkopf lassen und es ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels in Ägypten echt preiswert, aber trotzdem war das Essen als ich im Februar dort war deutlich besser. Das was man dort an Auswahl hat, schmeckt aber.
Die Angestellten waren zu jeder Tageszeit super freundlich und leisten tolle Arbeit. Da ich zum 3.Mal dieses Jahr dort war kannten mich viele noch und ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am kleinen ‚Städtchen‘ Port Ghalib. Eine ‚Einkaufsstraße‘, viele Restaurants und Bars und ein schön angelegter Hafen. Sehr schöner Ort.

Ob Morning-Stretching, Waterpolo, Yoga, Volleyball oder Tanzen.. das Animationsteam hat tolle Angebote und ist top!:) nicht zu aufdringlich und man kommt auch nur am Pool mit Ihnen in Verbindung. Wenn man dort keine Lust drauf hat, kann man sich einfach woanders hinlegen! Gutes Abendprogramm wird ebenfalls geboten. Tolles Team und toll, dass Alesya zurück ist - tolle Tänzerin!:)

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
