Das Hotel ist selbst für ägyptische Verhältnisse wirklich unterirdisch! Zusatzkosten: pro Person muss man hier auf jeden Fall mit zusätzlichen 15€ für Durchfallmedikamente rechnen. Fazit: Nach 13x in Ägypten gehen wir bestimmt wieder in dieses Land. Jedoch wird uns dieses Hotel ganz bestimmt nicht wiedersehen! Woher die 5 Sterne für das Hotel und die "positiven" Beurteilungen kommen, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.
Die Ausstattung Zimmer ist OK. Reinigung ebenfalls OK.
Essen: Sehr einfallslos und meistens alles andere als warm. Pizza war genießbar, Pasta-Station ging, je nach eingeteiltem Koch, einigermaßen. An der Poolbar halbgare Burger und lätschige Pommes. Nach 16 Uhr bis 18:30 gibt es gar nichts! (In anderen Hotels gibt es dann wenigstens Kaffe, Kuchen, Waffeln, oder ähnliches!) Getränke: Ständig war irgendwas aus und tagelang nicht verfügbar. Da wird dann ein Gin&Tonic mit Sprite gemixt, weil kein Tonic verfügbar ist. Gläser werden kaum, bzw. nicht gespült und so kommt es immer wieder Mal vor, dass gut sichtbare Spuren des Vorgängers erkennbar sind. Herpes und Durchfall sind die Folge!
Kann eigentlich nicht bewertet werden, da es kaum Service gab! In der Bar wartet man gerne Mal 20-30 Minuten auf ein neues Getränk. Das einzige was wirklich schnell geht, ist die Abräumen der Teller im Restaurant. Holt man etwas vergessenes, kann es durchaus passieren, das der Teller bei der Rückkehr abgeräumt wurde. Umgang mit Beschwerden: "Kann nicht sein", "Ist bestimmt nicht so" sind die Standard-Aussagen. Zur Entschädigung gibt es dann einen Obst-Teller (Äpfel, Bananen).
Pool: Das ein paar Fliesen fehlen ist verschmerzbar. Kleine Blätter wurden heraus gefischt, die vom Wind herein gewehten Becher aber nicht. Anlage: Insgesamt OK. Nervig ist aber, dass Gäste aus dem benachbarten Palace Plätze im Siva wegnehmen, weil es dort noch langweiliger ist.

Wenn man Pech hat, hat man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Wenig Schlaf dich die sehr lauten Beach-Partys bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Animation am Pool geht so. Wasserball mit einem alten, ausgedienten Volleyball, bei dem die Fetzen nur so runterhängen.

We are sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with the pool cleaning, Please note that we have cleaning schedule in place on daily basis by our trained staff and followed daily by our recreation manager to make sure that pool cleaning is up to standard, as well we are following regular preventative maintenance system to keep the pools up to standards. Please note that the hotel is well renovated and we have preventative maintenance system in place followed and supervised by our trained staff to make sure that the hotel facilities are looking fresh and up to date. Kindly be informed that we are around 700 guests in house and we didn’t receive any comment regarding dirty glasses. Please note that our hotel is certified and monitored by Cristal International Co a specialized company from the United Kingdom, for our Food, Hygiene and Safety activities. Checks and controls are implemented and carried out. We follow and maintain the guidelines and controls required to meet Cristal's standard. All of these comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
