Schöner Strand gute Lage aber eintönige Verpflegung. Das Riff ist gut zum schnorcheln, wenn der Steg geschlossen war wegen Sturm, konnte man den vom Nachbarhotel nutzen. Leider musste man schon vor 7 Uhr eine Liege reservieren, sonst waren die Plätze belegt.
Zimmer war in Ordnung, da steht irgendwann in den nächsten Jahren eine Renovierung an. Toller Service bei der Zimmerreinigung freundlich, gründlich, kreativ.
In beiden Restaurant zu 90 % das Essen wie am Vortag. im Soug Al Hana Restaurant waren die Ausgabestellen so eng beieinander, das man teilweise nicht sehen konnte an welcher Steller der Vordermann anstand.
Im Souq Al Hana Restaurant nicht gut, das Personal unaufmerksam. Ganz anders im Fattoush Restaurant, dort war das Personal freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Hier war es nicht nötig, bei jeder Tätigkeit Trinkgelder zu geben. Genauso freundlich und zuvorkommend war der Service an der Strandbar. In der Lobby Bar war meist nur ein Barmann, dadurch staute es sich vor der Bar.
Durch die 3 verbundenen Hotels ein langer Strand. Die Einkaufsstraße ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
