Vorrausschicken müssen wir, das wir üblicherweise keine „All inklusive“ Urlauber sind. Also das Hotel nicht nach diesen Maßstäben bewerten, wir suchten für eine Woche Wärme und ein Riff zum Schnorcheln. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und man fühlt sich nicht so eingesperrt. Die nebeneinader liegenden Hotels verschmelzen ineinander und auch der Übergang zum Hafen ist fließend. Nichtschwimmer haben bei Flut ausgezeichnete Möglichkeiten die bunte Pracht der Fische im hüfttiefen Wasser zu beobachten. Unser Zugang zum fantastischen Hausriff, war aufgrund der Brandung/Wind nur nachmittags möglich (verm. jahreszeitabhängig), es gibt aber einen weiteren Steg der immer offen war. Das Essen könnte besser sein (viele Tiere sind umsonst geschlachtet worden, denn das Fleisch war oft zäh), vermisst haben wir auch eine Ecke mit einheimischen Gerichten. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick, nur abends wurde man von Zwei Seiten durch die Animation beschallt (Theater). Im Shishzelt durfte man einem Deutschen Musiksender via Großbildleinwand beiwohnend – genau dafür fährt man in ein anderes Land … Und noch ein Hinweis, lassen sie ihr essen nicht unbeaufsichtigt – kaum geht man zum buffet etwas nachhohlen ist der Tisch auch schon abgeräumt … Thema Ressourcenschonung / Wasser-Waschmittelsparen: es wird darauf hingewiesen, durch eine Tafel im Bad. - Leider wurde unser Wunsch nie beachtet – täglich wurde gewechselt

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
