Das Hotel ist so ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen! Vom 5☆ weit entfernt. Kellner im Speisesaal waren ziemlich unfreundlich, es sei denn man hat großzügig Trinkgeld gegeben, ansonsten wurde man ignoriert und es wurde weder zum Frühstück noch zum Abendessen gefragt was man trinken möchte. Erst nachdem man sie selber ansprach kam Minuten später dann auch endlich mal das trinken. Putzfrauen sind stets bemüht und fleißig! Eine riesengroße Sauerei ist es ebenfalls das am Strand nicht genügend Sonnenschirme vorhanden sind. Kommt man nicht pünktlich um 6 Uhr und reserviert sich eine von den 10 schirmen kann man den ganzen Tag in der Sonne brutzeln!
Das essen war sehr minderwertig! Alle 3 Tage gabs dasselbe Essen. und mir persönlich hat das typische kubanische Essen gefehlt!

Dear Jenny, Thank you for choosing our resort for your past holidays. It is with a great regret that we learn we were not able to exceed your expectations and that there were some aspects of your stay that were not satisfactory. we are very sad to read that our food variety could not match your preferences on this visit. Allow us to mentiont that now a day we add over 50 new umbrellas at the beach bar resturant. Before april 15th, there is 100 more comming at the west side beach.
