Dear All: in short, it was a nice stay, we enjoyed the food & wine (could have been better qualitywise salad, wine, vegetables). The Hotel is not quite up to a 4-star-hotel, if you have ever travelled to southeast Asia, you know what I mean. The quality/space of rooms need to be upgraded. The dining room with its heavily stained sitting cushions !!! (Goodness me, should be exchanged!), doesn't look very inviting. Staff keep from the very beginning to clear tables, it is loud, noisy and very unconfortable. Service men provided better service than women, except the lady at the entrance table. Staff are keen in clearing table and getting a signature on the bill without putting down any prices - this is legally disputable - , even if you haven't finished drinking and eating! They are dashing and pushing their trolleys through the small corridors loaded with dirty dishes passing very narrowly the tables. From our point of view this is a no go for a 4-star-hotel! I don't mind bad service, but this behaviour is very annoying. As you can image we would have liked to enjoy dinner in a nice and quieter atmosphere without having to gulp down the dinner! Especially because there is no night life. I think you have to hire more service staff, who take down the drinks, look after the food and guests. There should be other staff who only clear the dishes. Maybe that would help them taking care of service, they are in a constant hurry and stress. Eating times: 21hrs15 latest is too early! We were in Spain, not in some old people's home! And even there, I would find that impossible. Most people would like to be able to eat dinner until 22hrs00, knowing there is no nightlife in Las Playitas. You started to clear the food away even before 21hrs15. Breakfast closure time: should be 11hrs00!! Sports bar in the evenings: the music groups who played there, were good, the Salsa lessons too. But it is a bit boring otherwise. Service staff friendly, but here too, but similar behaviour re clearing tables. This is a management issue. There was a constant draught, both doors were open. In Feburary/March temperatures in the evening are too cool, this too provides for a uncomfortabel atmosphere. Biking: not many available during high season. You should be able to offer more bikes when knowing it is high season. Too expensive. This is one of the most important reasons for going to Fuerteventura, bike training. In Club La Santa bikes are included and have to be booked one day before. Yoga/WOD: you should offer courses in early morning before breakfast and before 20hrs00 pm, so you could relax your muscels after biking day. I wouly pay for Yoga, but nor 5€, for less would do it nearly everday. Abdominal training: excellent training programme and instructors. You should offer them prior to 20hrs00 pm before dinner.
Eher schlecht.

Unterhaltungsprogramm abends: Musikgruppen prima, sonst eher langweilig. Ich brauche allerdings abends keine Animateur.
