Dear Saban, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. Whilst we were pleased to learn that you enjoyed our animation team, we are disappointed and at the same time surprised to read your concerns about our front desk team, since our guest’s feedback is the primary mean to highlight areas of improvement, we have shared your comments with our management team. Moreover, regarding the room location we very much hope you shared your concerns with the team whilst you were staying with us in order that they could make this right for you. As far as the food at dinner in the Medallion is concerned, we are surprised you were not satisfied, even though we offer a 14 days menu, including 3 theme nights per week. We have shared your concern regarding the food variety with our Executive Chef, since there is always space for improvement. Certainly, our guests feedback consists the primary mean to highlight these areas of improvement. Also, though we understand that taste is a matter of personal preference & experience and therefore we do respect your opinion that you did not enjoy the drinks provided in the AI program. However, we need to mention that we provide a variety of alcoholic drinks, cocktails & spirits in our different F&B outlets. Moreover, at our VIP Bar at the Moonlight a la carte Restaurant provides a wide range of branded drinks as well as a special selection of Greek & Local Mainland bottles of wine. Nevertheless, we will share them with our F&B Manager as we always try to improve our products. We hope that there was still some enjoyment gained out of your holiday in Rhodes and that perhaps you might consider visiting us again at some point in the future.
