Dear Drago, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us during your recent stay in Princess Andriana Resort and Spa. We are glad to know that you were satisfied with your room and enjoyed your time at the beach. We are very sorry to read that your stay in our resort was not as enjoyable as expected and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, allow us to mention that we find your review a bit unfair. We were truly surprised to read that you found our front desk staff members unhelpful as in the meeting you had with our Guest Relations agent you mentioned that all the issues you faced the first two days of your stay were solved. Further to your concerns about the food, we would like to inform you that Food quality is our first priority as a 5 star resort and we would like to reassure you and our valued guests that we are placing every effort to deliver the best possible result. Although taste is a matter of personal preference the majority of the reviews we receive for our culinary options are very positive. We hope that there was still some enjoyment gained out of your holiday in Rhodes and that perhaps you might consider visiting us again at some point in the future.
