Leider stimmte das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht! Habe um weniger Geld schon besseres bekommen. 60% Engländer, 35% Russen & 5% Rest der Welt. Daher sehr angepasst an die Engländer und Russen. Das Essen war leider sehr schlecht und wenig abwechslungsreich. Das Restaurant überlaufen und man musste anstehen um in den Speisesaal zu kommen. + sehr freundliches Personal + sehr saubere Zimmer + schöner Kiesstrand + sauberes Wasser - schlechtes Essen - schlechte Cocktails an der Bar - Pool ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen - um 7:00 Uhr Liegen reservieren ansonsten kein Platz am Pool - zu wenig Liegen für die Anzahl der Gäste - das Restaurant ist überlaufen - schlange am Eingang zum Restaurant (Wartezeit bis zu 15 min)
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Es wurde jeden Tag sehr sauber gereinigt.
Leider sehr enttäuschend! Habe bis jetzt in jedem 3 Sterne Hotel besser gegessen. Die Qualität vom Essen war einfach nur schlecht und leider nicht abwechslungsreich.
Leider wurde die Minibar nur alle 3 Tage aufgefüllt, war für eine Familie einfach zu wenig.
Die Fahrt zum Hotel dauerte ca 1,5h. Der Transfer hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage vom Hotel war auch in Ordnung.

It is good to know that you were satisfied by your private pool room & its cleanliness, the hotel’s beach & the friendly service rendered by our onsite team. At the same time, we are sorry to note your concerns regarding your dining experience at dinner time. It has to be mentioned that our Medallion restaurant serves dinner from 18:30 to 21:30. It is yet to be expected that, during the rush hours, the restaurant can be busy. However, this is not the case for the whole duration of the dinner. We are also surprised that you found the food not very varied, since we do offer a vast variety of products which are carefully selected, using mostly fresh hand-picked ingredients delivered daily to us. Certainly, your comments will be passed on to the relevant hotel department, and will be taken into consideration as we highly appreciate our guests’ feedback. All in all, it is regrettable to note that we did not entirely reach your expectations.
